Good to know
Questions,
answered honestly.
The questions every applicant asks — including the ones other offices dodge.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No one can — and you should be cautious of anyone who claims otherwise. Visa decisions belong solely to embassies and consulates. What we guarantee is a file that is complete, consistent and built to the standard each consulate expects, which is what approvals are made of.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the destination and season. Schengen files are often decided in ~15 days, but we've seen approvals in as little as 5. The US depends almost entirely on interview availability. Appointment availability is usually the real bottleneck — that's why we recommend starting 6–8 weeks before travel.
What documents will I need?
Typically: a valid passport, photos, bank statements, employment or business proof, and travel history. The exact list depends on your nationality and destination — you'll receive a tailored checklist after your first consultation.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Most clients complete everything remotely over WhatsApp and email — you'll only travel for the biometrics appointment itself. If you'd rather meet in person, we're at Al Salemiyah Tower, Riggat Al Buteen, Deira, Dubai — Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm.
My visa was refused before. Can you help?
Yes — refusal rebuilds are some of our most common cases. We analyse the refusal grounds, fix the weak evidence, and re-file with a stronger, better-documented application.
What does it cost?
Fees vary by destination and complexity. Contact us with your target country and we'll quote you transparently — consultation first, no hidden charges later.
Which Schengen country should I apply through?
The one where you'll spend the most nights — or your first point of entry if nights are equal. Applying through a consulate that doesn't match your itinerary is called 'visa shopping' and is a common refusal reason. We plan your route so the consulate choice is legitimate.
How much money should be in my bank account?
There's no universal number — officers compare your trip cost against your income and spending patterns. A sudden large deposit right before applying raises flags; a modest balance with consistent salary history reads better. We review your statements and tell you honestly whether the timing is right.
Can you book the VFS or embassy appointment for me?
Yes — appointment booking is part of the service. In busy seasons we monitor cancellations and grab released slots, which is often how clients get seen weeks earlier than the public calendar suggests.
Do I need confirmed flight tickets before applying?
For most consulates, a reservation (not a purchased ticket) is what they ask for — and buying a non-refundable ticket before the visa is issued is a risk we don't recommend. We arrange verifiable bookings that satisfy the checklist without risking your money.
Is travel insurance required?
For Schengen it's mandatory — minimum €30,000 medical coverage across the zone. For the UK, US and others it's strongly advised. We arrange compliant policies as part of the file.
I'm self-employed / a business owner. Does that change anything?
Yes — you'll show trade licence, company bank statements and sometimes client contracts instead of a salary letter. Self-employed files are often stronger when presented correctly; the trap is mixing personal and business finances unclearly.
What if my passport has very few stamps?
A light travel history isn't a barrier — it just means the file leans harder on finances, employment and home ties. First-time travellers get visas every day when the rest of the file is solid.
Can you help with US visa interview preparation?
Yes — the interview decides the B1/B2 in about 90 seconds. We build your DS-160 carefully and rehearse the real questions: purpose, ties, funding, history. No memorized scripts — officers spot them — just a clear, consistent story.
Do you handle family or group applications?
Regularly. Family files are linked — one weak member can affect the group, so we audit everyone's documents together and file as a unit with one coherent trip narrative.
What happens if my application is refused?
You get the refusal letter and we go through it line by line. Most refusals cite formulaic grounds — insufficient ties, unclear purpose, questionable funds. Each has a known fix. If we took your case, the rebuild consultation is frank: sometimes the answer is 'wait and strengthen', not 'reapply tomorrow'.
